Isa Guha was the first young Asian woman to play for England. She is currently the highest ODI wicket-taker within the England team with 98 wickets, and 7th in the all-time ODI career wicket list in International women's cricket. Since her debut, Isa has been paramount to the England Women's success and her efforts were recognised when she was ranked top of the ODI bowling ICC rankings in 2008.
