Total Sport Promotions (TSP) has evolved from an idea on a Starbucks napkin in 2003, to a thriving business with a six figure turnover - built on the mantra that 'if you don't ask, you don't get'. Although a simple philosophy, the application of this approach on behalf of our players' is one that bares testament to TSP's performance record, delivering an average uplift of 26.1% in gross basic salary per client over the last 7 years of trading.

Our Mission Statement

TSP's mission statement is to provide a more personal and intimate mentoring service that responds to the immediate requirements of each individual client. To this end, TSP offers a wide variety of personalised services, primarily linked to sponsorship and management. Our core aim is to guide our player's professional careers during the transitional phase from a 'grass roots' level (aged 18-24), all the way to achieving full international honours, while helping to maximise earning potential off field during this period.

Robert Barry founded TSP after becoming disillusioned with his experience of the impersonal nature of the Sport management industry. In particular, he felt passionate about improving on the failings that he had witnessed on a daily basis working within a larger corporation. Robert gained recognition for his hard work by receiving a Best Business Award for 'personal achievement' in 2010. This highlights TSP's continued progress and the efforts invested since the company was founded in 2004.
